Hi my name is Ravinder Singh, with 9.7 years of experience in UX research, service design, and process improvement, specializing in qualitative and quantitative research. The first 3 years were focused on service design, change management in consumer goods industry, followed by 7 years dedicated to research strategy, planning and product design for Automotive and Energy technology firms, Canadian government and startups in field of education, healthcare and electrical construction.

My core specialties include strategic planning, communication and system thinking mindset to drive successful delivery of enterprise software and digital transformation initiatives across public sector organizations and tech companies.

When I am not working........

I'm a husband with a wonderfully supportive wife.

I attempt to keep a curious mind and a global lens. I write to explore how ideas shape our world from foreign policy and technology to social change, economic disruption, or simply getting outdoors. I love going for walks or short bike rides.

I love cooking for my wife and parents. If the weather permits, I could grill peaches, tomatoes, avocados, pineapple, green tomatoes, and watermelon seven days a week.

I love to travel. While there are a few destinations we consistently return to, we try to keep it fresh and explore new places.
