Brief
Interior electrical component product design
We get to work with global industrial design, UX Designers, Design Researcher, engineering team to revamp the interior electrical component design for Ford's various vehicle platforms.
Our work includes design research studies including primary and secondary research studies, field research, sketching, 3d modeling, rendering, 3d printing (prototyping), Class A surfacing support to Ford of North America

Challenge
Ford needs to maintain its competitiveness in the car industry by tactically capitalizing on this technological transformation at the same time making sure their current customer based won't loose their trust on Ford's brand values.
Design research approach
Working in close collaboration with the marketing team, existing customers, and prospective customers, we conducted in-depth interviews at both Ford’s and competitors’ dealerships and service stations. The insights gained from these interviews were instrumental in shaping a two-year strategy aimed at enhancing Ford’s in-vehicle experience.
